OPEN GYM - BASKETBALL

Looking for something to fill those long Sunday afternoons? Come to the Youth Hall (N63W23626 Main St.) and burn off some of your energy. Basketball equipment will be available. Ages 12 & under must be accompanied by an adult. All ages welcome.
Fee: $3/person or $10/family each week.
No pre-registration; fee paid to on-site coordinator.

EASTER BASKET HUNT

New clues will be posted every Tuesday & Thursday at 4:00pm.
Use your detective skills to find the laminated picture of an Easter basket hidden in Sussex. Clues will be posted on our Facebook & Twitter accounts and our Village website home page. find the basket and receive a real Eater basket filled with goodies.

This event is sponsored by the Village of Sussex, Town of Lisbon, area businesses, organizations and groups. We come together to offer candy and treats to our little visitors. Please keep in mind that there is a limited amount of purchased and donated gifts/treats available for distribution for this activity. This event is held outdoors, so please dress for the weather.
This is a FREE event and no registration is necessary. |

HAWS ANNUAL PET WALK-A-THON

On the first Saturday of May each year, hundreds of pet lovers high-tail it to this day-long festival of pets and their people, in support of the Humane Animal Welfare Society!
There's more to do than just walk! Visit vendor booths and do some shopping, participate in contests and games, have a tasty lunch, meet adoptable pets from HAWS, enjoy meeting up with old friends - and making new ones. Best of all: 100% of the money raised for this event goes straight to HAWS! |

Join us as we head south to the Chicago area and take on the fabulous Woodfield Mall with over 100 stores. Restaurants are aplenty at the mall and you will have the day to pace on your own. The IKEA store is nearby and a shuttle bus is available on the 1/2 hour to take you from Woodfield to IKEA. Refreshments of coffee and bakery will be provided prior to morning departure.

9 TO 5 THE MUSICAL - AT THE FIRESIDE DINNER THEATER

TEN CHIMNEYS

Ten Chimneys, is unique among historic sites, as it offers guests a virtually barrier-free tour of an estate replete with original furnishings and overflowing with the romance of the Golden Age of Theatre. Docents share stories that interpret not only the objects and decor of the estate, but also the lives and values of its remarkable creators.
